What you can expect

We are looking for a Product Engineer (Forward Deployed Engineer) focused on customer deployments for Agentic Voice AI to lead the deployment of next generation Zoom Virtual Agents. Leveraging LLMs and agentic frameworks to build highly automated conversational voice and chat agents for strategic customers.

This person can be based in Singapore, Japan or Australia. Native-level proficiency in Japanese (written and verbal) required.
