Forward‑Deployed Software Engineer

Jonas Software is hiring a Forward‑Deployed Engineer (FDE) to own the design and delivery of production AI capabilities across a broad portfolio of software businesses. You will work directly with product and engineering leaders, quickly understand their challenges, and build solutions that deliver real, measurable impact. This is a hands‑on, high‑autonomy role where you will move across diverse technical environments, bring modern capabilities into legacy and cloud systems, and turn complex problems into reliable, scalable software. You will also shape reusable patterns and technical approaches that will guide how AI is adopted across the organization.

Compensation & Role Details

Expected Salary Range: $160,000 – $180,000 CAD depending on experience and qualifications
