Job Title: Agency Decision Maker (ADM)

Responsible To: Responsible Individual

Location: Remote with occasional face to face meetings

Salary: £50 per hour

JOB PURPOSE

The Fostering 2 Inspire and Homes and Horizons Fostering Panel is a joint Fostering Panel between the two agencies. Both organisations are owed wholly by The Shaw Trust.

The Agency Decision Maker will be part of the leadership team, will carry out the regulatory duties of the fostering ADM to consider the recommendations made by the fostering Panel and Independent Reviewing Officer and then make and deliver decisions from these considerations. The ADM will support the Registered Manager(s) and Responsible Individual(s) in the Agency’s quality assurance, management and governance processes ensuring that it implements and delivers a child-centred model of care for our community’s most vulnerable children and young people.
