Position Summary

The Foundation Driller is responsible for operating specialized equipment to support foundation construction for utility power infrastructure, including transmission towers, poles, and substations. This role ensures safe, efficient, and precise operation of machinery while adhering to engineering specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations. You will report to the Foreman.
Essential Functions
+ Perform excavation, drilling, and soil stabilization for deep foundations and anchor systems
+ Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, including pre-operation checks and safe operating procedures
+ Participate in daily safety meetings and report hazards or incidents immediately
+ Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment (lubrication, fueling, cleaning)
+ Report mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
