Their platform replaces outdated assessments with AI-driven, immersive simulations — including live case interviews, technical challenges, and real-time role play. The goal is to evaluate candidates on what actually matters: problem-solving, analytical thinking, and real-world performance.

As a Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building and scaling a highly interactive, AI-powered platform. You’ll be part of the founding team working across the stack and contributing to key decisions around architecture, product, and technical direction.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and building full-stack features across React, TypeScript, and Python
• Developing scalable backend systems and APIs
• Working with AWS cloud infrastructure (or similar)
• Contributing to
