C&D Talent Advisory - Academy is seeking a Hardware Lead in Zürich, Switzerland, to build and own the hardware function from the ground up. You will define hardware strategy, develop robotic platforms, and guide build-versus-buy decisions while remaining hands-on in the first year.

You’ll lead cross‑functional efforts across hardware, firmware, robotics software, and AI teams, scaling the hardware organization as the company grows and delivering robust field‑ready hardware for autonomous AI
