C&D Talent Advisory is seeking a Hardware Lead to build and own the hardware function from the ground up in Zürich, Switzerland. You will define strategy, lead development of robotic platforms, and decide on build-vs-buy decisions with founders, while hands-on in the first year.

You will oversee hardware lifecycle—from prototype to production—while coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and software teams, and scaling the hardware organization for growth.
