Python (Pytest) and TypeScript — production-level, not surface-level

Experience testing web applications end-to-end, including APIs and backend services

Hands-on experience testing AI/LLM-powered systems, agents, or building eval pipelines

3+ years in a QA or Software Engineering role pressure-testing complex web applications

Strong startup or scale-up background — you've built QA from scratch, not inherited it

Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and genuine ownership
