The Role:

Whizdom.ai is hiring a Founding Sales Lead to own revenue generation and help shape the go-to-market motion. At this stage, this role is highly hands‑on and combines strategy with direct execution across the full sales function. You will work directly with the founders to build a pipeline, lead discovery, run demos, shape proposals, manage negotiations, close deals, and help create the sales processes that make growth repeatable. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from the ground up, is comfortable operating with a high degree of ownership, and can combine commercial instinct with disciplined execution.
