Reporting and Monthly Financials:
Work and assist on preparation of monthly financials for reporting in line with IFRS rules and local/ applicable regulations. Coordinate with shared service centre (SSC) for monthly closing of books. Conduct monthly detailed analysis of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet accounts. Review information in MBC for monthly reporting.Assist Financial Controller in chart of accounts reconciliations, and review.Prepare and review cashflow statement prepared by SSC.Suggest JVs for specific costs/ accruals to SSC.Maintain tracker for all project and other costs to ensure costs are maintained within budget and analyse reasons for deviation.
