The Demand Manager owns the end-to-end demand planning process and the Demand step of S&OP for France, Belgium & Africa cluster. The role consolidates statistical forecasting, market intelligence, and commercial inputs to deliver a single, consensus demand plan that drives service performance, cost efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance he/she leads the monthly S&OP Demand Review, from preparation through facilitation and decision-making process (Consensus).
