Marian Konditoria Oy is seeking a franchise entrepreneur for a café and bakery shop located in Niitty Shopping Center in Espoo. The future shopkeeper will independently manage the operation and daily opening hours of the outlet, ordering bakery and confectionery products daily from Marian's own bakery in Heikinlaakso. The goal is to run a profitable outlet with fresh local products and a focus on customer success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Niitty outlet independently, including daily opening hours and general management of the shop.
• Order bakery and confectionery products daily from Marian Konditoria’s own bakery in Heikinlaakso.
• Develop the café’s product range in collaboration with the chain as agreed.
• Focus on customer success and satisfaction and contribute to making the outlet attractive, lively, and convenient for customers.
• Work toward making the outlet a profitable location.
