In this position, you will be responsible for implementing compliance programs and advising on risk management strategies across various facilities management programs. A Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience are required for this important role, where you will collaborate with project teams and educate staff on essential policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and revise compliance policies according to FHA standards
• Lead technical services for capital projects and facilities initiatives
• Monitor compliance activities and conduct risk assessments
• Review contracts and coordinate external service provider efforts
• Establish an integrity/compliance committee and respond to inquiries
