We are seeking a detail-oriented Fraud Analyst to support fraud detection, investigation, and risk mitigation activities across multiple business channels for a 6 month contract position. In this role, you will monitor fraud alerts, investigate suspicious activity, respond to escalated cases, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to protect customers and the organization from fraud-related losses.
Key Responsibilities

+ Review and investigate fraud alerts and unusual transactions.

+ Conduct fraud investigations and determine appropriate escalation actions.

+ Support fraud monitoring activities using reporting and case management tools.

+ Collaborate with internal teams, including AML Compliance, on suspicious activity reviews.
