Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop relationships with prospective clients.
  • Identify, source, and engage potential customers through strategic outreach and networking activities.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations to understand clients' back-office challenges, including payroll, tax, and BPJS administration.
  • Qualify business opportunities and coordinate meetings between prospective clients and the Business Development team.
