Job purpose:

Under the direction of Amway ESAN, freelancer trainer is responsible to deliver trainings, using modern training methods and principles.

Primary responsibilities:

• Delivers face to face, web based and live stream trainings according to Amway ESAN strategy
• Creates a comfortable cross-cultural and cross-generation climate, a comfortable physical/virtual learning environment, engages audience
• Ensures the positive representation of Amway by delivering training with the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
• Thoroughly prepares for training sessions using the materials provided by Amway
• Submits reports on delivered training sessions, including evaluations and collected feedback
• Proactively suggests improvements and based experience
• Participates in trainer meetings and Train the Trainer sessions
