About the Role

Onsite Event Coordinator responsible for day‑of execution of Visit org's social impact team‑building events.

Responsibilities

• Join virtual planning meetings with corporate partners, nonprofit partners, event hosts, and internal teams.
• Take ownership of in‑person events: set up, align onsite staff, tear down, and clean site areas.
• Manage check‑in processes and welcome guests.
• Problem‑solve issues such as missing supplies, staff delays, and technology challenges.
• Escalate issues to the Events Team and provide consistent updates, photos, and videos.
• Assist with post‑event breakdown, including cleanup, repackaging, shipping materials, and labeling.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
