We're looking for a freelance recruiter to support our hiring needs, from sourcing through offer management. This is a per-placement engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for open roles
• Manage candidates through the interview pipeline
• Support offer negotiation and management until acceptance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Must be able to provide a VAT receipt upon payment
