Immediate start available for an experienced civil engineering Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for three projects due to start.

* Immediate start available

* Site based in Derby with hybrid working patterns available

* Mixture of S278, earthworks and drainage schemes being performed as both principal and subcontractor

* Initial 6 month contract on offer – likely to be 12 months in total

* Mix of NEC3/4 contracts

* Commercially delivering schemes from start on site to handover

* £400 - £450 per day

* Outside IR35
