We are looking to engage with Freelance Teaching Assistant Tutors, provisionally for 3-6 months, to hold cohorts in Lincoln, Gainsborough and Boston.

Please note: We are currently only recruiting for qualified trainers. If you do not have the required qualifications, we will be unable to take you further at this stage. You must have all required certificates and CPD up to date.

As a Teaching Assistant Tutor at Realise, you will play a key role in supporting adult learners to achieve recognised qualifications (Award in Support Work in Schools and Colleges and Award in Preparing to Work in Schools RQF) and build the skills they need for life and work. Working closely with Tutors and the wider team, you will help deliver high-quality, inclusive provision while providing tailored support to individuals throughout their learning journey.
