This role is responsible for transforming raw footage into highly engaging long-form and short-form content that maximizes audience retention and platform performance. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, internet culture, and social-first editing for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other digital channels.
