Freight Customer Service Agent
An opportunity has arisen for a Freight Customer Service Agent to join our exciting and dynamic team in Belfast VT1&2. Reporting to the Port Duty Manager assisting with the efficient processing of all freight bookings and enquiries and the development and maintenance of strong customer relationships. Working on a rota covering shifts that are a mixture of early, splits and lates.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Allocation of space for daily freight booking and block booking on all Company routes
- Dealing with customer enquiries and processing dangerous goods bookings
- Working closely with Indoor Sales Team and Area Sales Managers to promote and develop new business
