Position Overview

Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and oversee daily import and export airfreight shipments.

  • Arrange bookings with carriers, DSV origin/destination offices, and external agents.

  • Coordinate with customs brokers, transport teams, and vendors as required.

  • Ensure timely dispatch of documents, pre-alerts, and shipment updates.

  • Open, manage, and close job files from start to completion.

  • Prepare and provide complete sets of documents required by customers, origin offices, or authorities.

  • Execute AWBs (export) and generate Notice of Arrival (import).

  • Create and send e-manifests and corresponding status updates to customers.

  • Perform proper file archiving and maintain document integrity.

  • Ensure all mandatory data fields and shipment milestones are accurately updated in CW1.
