• Following up and retrieving shipping documents after sailing from origin offices
• Engage origin offices and carriers regarding forwarding of shipments
• Registration and invoicing of shipments on CW1
• Following up on carrier invoices and ANFs
• Checking vendor invoices and raising queries as required.
• Opening shipment files and documents assembly
• Completing key updates and milestones in CW1
• Update and maintenance of lane specific rates monthly

Qualifications and experience:

• Grade 12
• Previous experience in CW1 (CargoWise1)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Ocean Import Freight forwarding
