Role: Gateway Operator/Freight Forwarder

Location: Air & Sea Division, Mercia Park

Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 

We are seeking a proactive and organised Freight Forwarder/Gateway Operator to join our Ocean/Air Operations team in Mercia Park. In this role, you will support the Export Gateway Manager by coordinating customer shipments, ensuring compliance, maintaining documentation, and providing exceptional service throughout the freight lifecycle.

You will work closely with customers, subcontractors, and overseas agents to deliver operational efficiency and service excellence. So if like to work in a department with a lot of different and different task on a daily basis this job is for you.
