Overview We are seeking a hands-on Freight Forwarding Operator to join a growing logistics team in Aberdeen. This role is suited to an experienced operator who can manage day-to-day forwarding activities across imports and/or exports, with a strong operational focus.
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations
Handle import entries, including customs clearance processes (preferred)
Coordinate export shipments across air and sea freight
Liaise with carriers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment movement
Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately
Monitor shipments and proactively resolve any operational issues
Ensure compliance with relevant customs regulations and industry standards
