Monthly business reports in coordination with all sectors and functionsCoordinate with all sectors with regard to applicable KPIsIssue the monthly consolidated report related to CRS functionsManage with all sectors / divisions for volume of clients’ orders / revenue / claims /…. etc.Follow up the sectors action for clients who stopped / reduced their volume of work.Coordinate with sectors the outstanding statusFollow up clients' contacts of sectors (visits, calls, etc.)Carry out customer satisfaction surveys at planned intervals as per applicable proceduresQualifications
-Bachelor of Textile Engineering is a must.
-Alexandria residents
-Textile Engineer Experience (0 to 1 years in corporate Textile Industry)
-Very Good English
-Computer skills should be excellent.
