In BYD we are looking for our next Fresh graduate Automotive Analyst to support the automotive sales and service teams by providing technical expertise during the pre‑sales process.

This is a commercial role, not related to manufacturing, design or any similar position in plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for BYD dealer service store and competitor service store secret visits, regularly feedback research results
• Support the definition and presentation of service packages, warranty options, and maintenance programs.
• Promote the improvement of sales service and verify the closure of the issues found in visit
• Responsible for PDI and after‑sales issues and follow‑up, facilitate rapid implementation of improvement project
• Conduct product and service demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for potential clients and partners.
