Job Purpose:
Manage front office operations while ensuring a seamless workplace experience for employees, visitors, clients, and candidates. This role focuses on front desk management, office administration, vendor coordination, facility support, and day-to-day administrative operations to maintain an efficient and professional work environment.
Who You Are:
4+ years of experience in Front Desk, Administration, Office Coordination, or similar roles.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Strong experience in front office management, visitor handling, and customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience managing office administration, stationery, pantry, and facility coordination.
