Job Summary To deliver excellent service quality at service counters which handle customer enquiries, requests and processing of transactions in accordance to service standards, processes and policies.
Responsibilities - Receive and welcome the visitors, provide clear directions where needed.
- Respond and explain appropriately to public enquiries and requests according to guidelines and policies.
- Process registrations and the release counter efficiently and verify checklists accurately for various requirements.
- Process applications for NS registration, enlistment, deferment requests, and exit permit, made in accordance with NS policies in the required time periods.
- Process documents and provide clear instructions for release.
- Guide users at the eLobby or other self-help kiosks where required.
