The plunge club is a fitness & wellness club focused on contrast therapy (sauna and ice baths). We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join us as Front Desk Associates / Receptionists .

- Warmly welcome guests and ensure a seamless check-in process.
Proactively engage with members offering mindful guidance to elevate their experience. - Educate guests on Contrast Therapy etiquette, benefits, and our special programs.
- Conduct routine cleanliness and safety checks to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Oversee operations of sauna, cold plunge pools, and recovery spaces.
- Assist with membership queries, sign-ups, and customer feedback. Monitor and replenish wellness product stock as needed.
