Position Overview

Description We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations and create a welcoming experience for guests and employees in Clearwater, Florida. This is a Contract position that plays a central role in reception, administrative coordination, and Human Resources support within a detail-oriented onsite environment. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple priorities throughout the workday.
