What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Host, you will be responsible for creating seamless arrival and departure experiences while serving as a trusted ambassador for the hotel. You will anticipate guest needs, resolve enquiries with confidence and professionalism, and consistently deliver service that exceeds expectations.
What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
1–2 years of Front Office experience within a globally recognized luxury hotel brand.
A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
