Position Overview

            General Duties:  

Greet and assist patients in both English and Spanish 

Perform patient check-in and check-out duties 

Schedule and confirm appointments accurately 

Answer phone calls and handle front desk inquiries 

Verify patient information and update records 

Assist with bilingual communication for patient needs 

Coordinate with clinical staff for smooth daily workflow 

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area 

Provide excellent customer service to all patients
