Front Desk Patient Services Representative
Location: Newport News, VA
This role will be supporting a busy dermatology office. The Front Desk Patient Service Representative will serve as first point of contact for patients and focuses heavily on managing incoming calls while providing excellent patient service.
Responsibilities

+ Answer and manage 25–150 inbound patient calls daily

+ Schedule appointments and assist with patient inquiries

+ Check patients in and out

+ Document patient information in EMR

+ Provide front desk and administrative support

+ Maintain a professional, patient-focused experience

Qualifications

+ High-volume phone and customer service experience

+ Front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience

+ Strong communication and multitasking skills

+ Reliable attendance and stable work history
