Front Desk Receptionist. This function is responsible for welcoming and directing people, family members, and visitors in a friendly, well-mannered and professional manner. Interact with patient care information and route to appropriate parties promptly. Maintain the necessary forms and supplies at the reception. Answer telephones, direct calls, and take thorough messages. Serve as a communication link between the Company, Registered Nurse, and Center Manager. Ensure client information is accurate by completing information forms, collecting insurance cards, and gathering co-pays and balances.
