Position Overview

Job Description

+ Be first to greet and assist customers and visitors.

+ Phone support using current phone system and Support Portal.

+ Check voicemails, answer phones and transfer calls to correct employee/department.

+ Support visiting customer demo requirements, including conference room set ups and ordering / set up of lunch requirements.

+ Maintain and order supplies for customer hospitality which will include stocking of beverages, and other associated items such as flatware, utensils, cups, condiments, etc.

Qualifications

+ Previous experience doing front desk or phone support

+ 1+ year of Call center experience is preferred

+ Strong data entry/computer skills

+ Comfortable with face to face interactions
