The role of the Front Desk Receptionist

Respond to a wide variety of the guest requests by accurately assessing the needs and offering personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

Essential Functions

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
• Resolves guest complaints
• Assists in all inquiries in connection with hotel services
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner, making recommendations based on local knowledge and residential practices

Knowledge and Skills

Education: High school education or equivalent experience

Experience:

• One to three years of experience in a luxury environment
• Prior experience in Guest Experience or Rooms department is highly desir...
