• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage incoming calls and client appointments
• Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and file management.
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and inviting.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Senior High School - College Undergraduate (at least 2 years of completion) or equivalent.
• Experience Level: 0-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. (Ability to converse in English language is a plus.)
