Job Title : Front Desk Technician (Retail)

Location : 6266 S. Congress Ave, Lantana Florida 33462 (Onsite - OT not required but may come up occasionally.)

Duration : 3 Months contract

Needed : Two years experience in medical office, problem solver with analytical skills, computer knowledge, customer service. Onsite: Location 6618 W. Atlantic Avenue, Delray Beach, FL 33446, OT not required but may come up occasionally.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

General Summary

Responsible for front desk and technician support to the clients/patients of the store/clinic. Provides support to the Doctor and Office Manager to ensure an excellent patient flow. Resolves internal and external customer concerns raised during the visit in a manner that support the achievement of high degree of customer satisfaction overall.
