At the Grapevine Overhaul & Repair facility we perform a variety of composite/metal repairs on Sikorsky U.S. Military and commercial Main Rotor Blades and Tail Rotor Blades.
**THE WORK**
• Supervise a team of Direct Reports that work on the shop floor at the Sikorsky RMS Grapevine Overhaul and Repair Center specifically for the Operations (Manufacturing) Department.
• Coordinate daily activities to maximize production, set priorities, manage expectations and improve efficiency.
