We are looking for a smart, energetic, and sales-oriented Front Office Admin to join our growing training center team.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, prior sales experience, and the ability to convert leads into admissions through both phone and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in visitors and students professionally
- Address inquiries related to courses, training programs, placements, and fees
- Handle calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups with prospective students
- Convert leads provided by the marketing team into admissions
- Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Medical Coding and Healthcare RCM
