Provide front office clerical support and reception duties. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments. Enter, scan, and review documents accurately. Sort and distribute daily invoices and mail. Perform clerical tasks related to legal documents. Assist client service representatives and the medical records team by sending out medical/billing requests and making outbound calls to check the status of medical records requests as needed. Complete other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements:
· Office/clerical experience is highly preferred but wiling to train with strong computer skills!
