Role Overview:
The Front Office Administrator is the first point of contact for visitors and employees while providing administrative support across all departments of El Gouna Film Festival (GFF). This role ensures smooth front office operations, coordinates daily administrative tasks, and supports internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors, guests, and partners, and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to all GFF departments.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Prepare, organize, file, and archive documents and reports.
- Manage office supplies, courier services, and general office administration.
