We're seeking an experienced and confident Casual Front Desk Agent to join our hotel team. If you have previous experience working within Accor properties, strong Opera knowledge, and enjoy working independently while delivering exceptional guest service, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first and last impression for our guests, ensuring every interaction is professional, welcoming and memorable.

This role operates across a 24/7 roster, so flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.

What You'll Bring
• Previous experience working within an Accor hotel environment
• Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS
• Exceptional guest service and communication skills
