Hiring Front Office cum Admin Executive Role under HR Department Exp: Min. 1 year experience in Front desk/Reception/Admin/Customer management Salary: 16,000/- to 19000/- per month Location: Infopark Phase 1, Kakkanad, Kochi Shift: General/Day shift Job Description Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material Co-ordinate and associate with interviews and walk-ins Check, sort and forward emails. Welcoming desks as they approach the front desk Answering questions and addressing complaints Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages Receive letters, couriers etc.
