Position Overview

**Description:**

+ Assists Front Office Team Leader in the preparation and updates of the Front Office Departmental Operations Manual. Front Office Host operation in particular
+ Ensures all information including but not limited to restaurants, hotel facilities and other miscellaneous are updated periodically.
+ Ensures Guest Experience Management notes are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
+ Maintain the Front Office – Host daily Log book.
+ Ensure all incidents are reported and submitted in timely manner.
+ Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
+ Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
+ Aware of current promotions, policies and other important information.
+ Familiar with the hotel’s products and services.
+ Implement consistent guest recognition programmes and maintains a relevant guest history database.
+ Handles all guest inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
