Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Integrate and analyze customer data from various channels, maintaining clean and accurate records.
• Uphold quality, safety, and compliance standards, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
