EFI is looking for a Field Service Coordinator to join our Ink Jet Business Unit 

Job Description:

Be the primary resource to manage and coordinate EFI’s training resources for Field Service Engineer Training and other in-house training performed in Londonderry, NH and/or Sarasota FL. Coordinate the day-to-day training schedule tracker, Eventzilla listings, and all communication of training information to enrollees/managers/customers/trainees, provide training information upon request to sales and customers, provide training quotes created in Salesforce to customers. Track and communicate all in-house training. Collect Purchase Orders for paid training.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

·Create new and maintain existing Eventzilla registration pages for ad-hoc and annually scheduled training dates

·Reconcile daily report from Eventzilla with tracking spreadsheet to ensure parallel information
