Job Description

A Electrical Draftsman is responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and documentation for electrical systems in residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. They work closely with electrical engineers, architects, and other MEP disciplines to produce coordinated drawings that comply with project specifications, industry standards, and local electrical codes.

An Electrical Draftsman develops detailed 2D and 3D drawings for electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, low‑voltage systems, fire alarm, and grounding systems, using CAD and BIM software. They review design documents, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes, and update drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
